Yasmeen Tadia was born in apartheid South Africa, the daughter of a physician-turned-entrepreneur whose family motto was simple: eat, sleep, pray, and study. She carried that ethos across oceans, into corporate America as an HR Director, and eventually into her own empire.
In 2013, she founded Make Your Life Sweeter® and built a luxury experiential brand serving Meta, Porsche, Neiman Marcus, Rolls-Royce, and Forbes. She became a single mother when her son was 6 months old. She kept every team member paid through COVID-19 using personal funds. She pivoted, opened a 21-course dessert omakase at the Dallas Galleria in 2020, profitable within months.
